Thank you for shopping at Bonafide Vintage. As a small business offering one-of-a-kind vintage items, we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Shipping

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or holidays.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item and destination.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. 

Shipping Issues
Bonafide Vintage is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered only in cases where an item has been significantly misrepresented. To request a review:

  • Email bonavintage7@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Bonafide Vintage LLC reserves the right to deny return requests at its sole discretion.
